Practical setup steps and feature reference for business admins

Complete onboarding before opening the kiosk:

  • Save business name, business type, business email, phone, language, timezone, city, and country.
  • GateKipas creates the business, kiosk settings, and first admin/host record.
  • Your Free Trial includes every visitor, workforce, and CRM feature except multi-location for 14 days, within the trial limits (50 visitors, 5 employees, 1 custom field, 1 location). Events is offered separately and is not part of the trial.

If onboarding is retried, GateKipas repairs missing setup data instead of creating duplicate businesses.
